Having 2 years’ professional experience in Project management, Aquaculture, Agriculture, Nutrition, and Livelihood development in different development and research organizations. I've accomplished the Promoting Nutrition Sensitive Aquaculture project in Thanchi (an USAID funded project) as Project Coordinator successfully. Successfully developed 50 fish farmers as entrepreneurs, established 2 fish nurseries, 1 fish harvesting group in the remotest hilly area. Created market linkages among the aquaculture market actors of Bandarban. I regularly prepared different progress reports and Donor reports, besides, I prepared the project close out report of BNKS, a renowned NGO of Bandarban. Presently, I am working as Upazila Coordinator in Promoting Small Scale Aquaculture and High Valued SIS Fish Species in Bandarban, where I am supervising 5 project staff in 3 upazilas of Bandarban. Besides, during my academic period I was involved as Research Associate in different research activity.
